6 Part Master Mechanics Class, Tuesdays 7-9 pm @ Park Hill
**The June 6th- July 18th session does not have class the week of the 4th of July, thus this session spans 7 weeks.***
The Master Mechanics Course is our complete hands-on educational series, geared to teach you the ins and outs of bicycle repair. Courses are spread out Tuesday evenings over six consecutive weeks.
Each week covers a different bicycle system, repair or procedure. The class is a mixture of lecture, demonstration and hands on practice. The Bike Depot provides a wide range of demonstration bikes to work on. Once you have completed the course you will have experience with every procedure included in the overhaul and/or new build of a bicycle. Check out the following link to see our class outline: http://bikestogether.org/file_
The Master Mechanics class is a fun, relaxed and interactive atmosphere. We encourage students of all levels to participate. We begin at the beginning so no pre-requisites required! However, feel free to take the Mechanics 101 or 201 classes if you feel like priming the pump. It is a Bike Depot tradition to allow for students to bring in a 6 pack of their favorite beer or soda and a snack to make the most of their evenings with bicycles and fellow bike enthusiasts!
